Some inspectors will go through your house in less an hour, but we will be there two to three hours, possibly more depending on the size of the house. During the course of a home inspection, we will go over structure, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, and the foundation. At the end of the inspection, we will leave you with a report that will cover the condition of every component from the basement to the roof, any minor or major repair, problems to watch for, how things work, and helpful maintenance tips.
*Following a home inspection, we provide follow-up service, if you were to have any questions or feel that something needs to be looked at again, we will come back free of charge.
